2021 - PresentDoral, FL

Returned in 2021 to help modernize Flytec during a leadership transition, building remote-first infrastructure and supporting a distributed workforce.
Led infrastructure and ERP modernization across Hyper-V and SAP Business One, rebuilding core servers and improving daily operational stability.
Bridged IT and product during the website and e-commerce overhaul, shaping customer-to-backend workflows and supporting a full office relocation.

2019 - 2020Boca Raton + Orlando, FL

Managed systems administration and user enablement across a multi-office, cross-functional environment.
Reorganized Active Directory through cleaner OUs, validated Group Policy changes, and contributed to Azure AD Connect and Meraki migration work.
Led training on Microsoft Teams, collaboration workflows, and Surface Hub adoption while supporting field data initiatives.

2013 - 2019Doral, FL

Helped build Flytec's first formal IT foundation, moving from lightweight QuickBooks workflows into structured Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructure.
Played a key role in the migration from QuickBooks to SAP Business One, working with vendors and internal stakeholders during an early ERP transition.
Improved operations through automation and infrastructure upgrades, including UPS shipping integration, cameras, warehouse wireless, mobile inventory workflows, and office move coordination.
